Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Arrived in Turkey in 1 week. Distribution also took a week. I got it in 25 days. I like it very much, exactly the same as the picture.
It took like 2 and a half weeks or maybe 3, which is what I was expecting so it’s okay. I received one charm as a gift♥️ the charms are just like the ones on the pictures. I have a chubby wrist so if you are like me you might want to add a couple of charms so it fits you right.

I love them! I can't say anything else. One of the charms, it came off but they reimbursed me without problem, the rest incredible as you can see. They also put you in one with a gift heart. They have an incredible quality and it is beautiful in place. I have bought more to fill and I am looking forward to it. At first it is a bit difficult to assemble the bracelet but when you take the trick, it is easy. The truth is that I recommend it 10000%, it also took very little time to arrive.
