Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Good produt but the sound is not that much louder
I am not sure where they are supposed to set, but this is where I heard them best. I have 30/70 hearing. With music at max volume, my husband could not hear them at all from 3 ft away and it sounded like I was listening to quiet elevator music. I could only hear it at max (I am deaf. Yeah, I know). However, I am hoping to use them as a regular hearing amplifier, not so much for music. I have better earphones for music. So, I'll see. I was still able to hear every other noise and my husband didn't feel isolated. They were comfortable for the 2 hours that I wore them. The batteries seemed to be fine for the 2 hours.
