looks just like the pictures! the package came with a little card & the plastic air bubbles for safety. the only thing about my order was that in the middle of the heart it looks like it’s ripped and a little bit of the stuffing is starting to come out. i bought this as a gift for my sister so that’s a little disappointing but the rip isn’t big so it’ll be alright. other than that i am pleased with my order
