How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FR|Factory supplied, reliable quality (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Perfeita, garante que o ambiente fica cheiroso o tempo todo. É muito econômico. O líquido dura muito mais do que com as varetas. E cheiro está sempre bom até o final do produto. Nada de desperdício. O Bluetooth funciona muito bem, para que possa regular a saída do produto tempo e quantidade.

The order arrived very quickly. On the first day, it smelled really good, but after that, water started accumulating in the top part of the diffuser. When I tilt the device sideways, water starts leaking from it. Maybe the liquid Im using is not the right one, but it said it was for this type of device. Any ideas?
Chegar em casa e sentir o ambiente sempre cheiroso é incrível, isso me faz realmente feliz. E mais legal, conseguir configurar varios tipos de horarios de funcionamento para que não fique desperdiçando essencia quando não há ninguem no local. A opção wifi é fácil de configurar, mas sempre começe configurando pelo Bluetooth segurando o botão "menos" (-) até aparecer CF no menu. Devo comprar outro para o quarto em breve. Quero acordar com um cheiro agradável tambem.
좋네요. 블루투스로 콘트롤하는게 넘 편함. 공병을 몇개 더 사고 싶은데, 비슷한 크기의 공병을 구할수가 없네. 회사 화장실에 장착해놓으니 지린내가 안나서 좋음. 퇴근할때 자동으로 꺼져서 좋음.

좋네요. 블투로 연결하자마자 시간 셋팅되고, 작동 모드를 선택하고, 수정도 가능함. 시간 셋팅이 되니 당연하게도 출근을 안하는 토/일 에 작동을 멈추게 할수도 있고, 출근해있는 오전 9시부터 저녁 18시까지만 작동도 가능하게 할수있다. 사용하는 방향제에 따라서 작동하는 시간과 대기하는 시간을 마음대로 수정이 가능하다. 꽤 마음에 든다.
Just turned it on and oh.... boy this Smart Diffuser is Great. Aroma coverage area is just right. Even though I am trying to understand the event settings it does the job when on.
Es perfecto, fácil de instalar. Es más fácil programarlo en el mismo equipo, la app no es muy buena, casi no funciona cuando lo quieres programar desde el teléfono. Llegó muy rápido y en perfecto estado. Elimine todos los frascos con varitas que tenía puesto por todos lados, ahora el aroma se reparte por todo mi hogar en forma constante. Feliz con mi compra

I'm enjoying this machine. It makes the home smell pleasant. Set up wasn't too difficult, instructions were quite clear and the app is also quite straight forward. I have been using it for about 3 weeks, and it is on for 2hrs at a time during the day for a total of 8hrs. I bought a 500ml bottle of Shangri - La scent I didn't use the whole 500ml there is still some left in the original bottle. My picture shows how much has been used daily in 3 weeks (I did fill it up quite close, but not too close to the top). The unit itself is quite heavy, paired with the added weight of the oil. I do plan to wall mount it but I'm not too confident, that the stick on wall mounted fixture will hold it in place. Also expect some noise from this unit (I couldn't think of anything to compare it to, but it's not something that would interfere with you watching the TV, for example).For me I have gotten used to the noise, however it does increase when you use the fan mode.
