Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Зазвичай взуття беру 40 розміру, їх також 40 взяла, розмір стопи рівно 24см (по таблиці розмірів це 38 розмір, 24,5см це 39 розмір, 25см це 40 розмір, думала міє 39 та 40, боялася, що будуть замаленьки якщо 39 візьму, раптом маломірять, тому на всяк випадок взяла 40, і начебто не помилилася, але не знаю з приводу ширини, вони досить вільні в ширину, сподіваюсь це вирішиться з стельками), в довжину не давлять, навпаки як раз вдобно, але побокам просторо, через що здаються завелими, думаю якщо покласти стельки, то буде краще, перевірю це з часом, додам коментар Останнє фото – не знаю, що це, але помітила на одній з туфель, його не видно здалеку, але якщо роздивлятися в руках, то помітне, ну я на це сильно не жалкуюсь, головне здалеку не помітно, тому все норм!!

These shoes are very cute and fit very well! I got a size 38, which is my standard size, my foot size is 23.6 cm and I found these to have a bit of room in them but they were comfy! I had to wear bandaids or else these would have blistered, but as soon as I put on some bandaids I could stay in these for a while! They are a true white colour, I guess a slight bit off white, but they match the product images perfectly :) They aren't a buckle but rather a latch, where it hooks into each other, but they stayed on and were really good and comfy shoes! Strongly recommend :)
