2. The mobile phones we sell are all original refurbished or used, in good condition. Before shipping, we will test whether the phone functions normally. We will not accept any disputes on the grounds that the phone is not new or fake.
3. The battery efficiency of refurbished or second-hand mobile phones will be lower than the standard. Usually, its efficiency can reach 70% to 90%. We do not accept any tests from third-party applications, such as mobile phone information, IMEI information, hardware test, AccuBattery, etc. We also do not accept any disputes on the grounds that the battery capacity does not match the description.
4. All second-hand or refurbished mobile phone accessories are not original, but of good quality and similar to the original. It is possible that some specifications written on the box are incorrect, but the phone is original and has the official correct specifications. Any disputes about “fake accessories” will not be accepted and no refund will be given for such cases.
5. Please let us know first if there are any problems with your phone. Any disassembly or repair by buyers or repair shops without our permission will be regarded as a man-made problem, and we will not accept any disputes or refunds due to such situations.
6. Second-hand or refurbished phones do not support waterproofing. Any disputes arising from the waterproof function test will be regarded as a man-made problem, and we will not accept any disputes or any refunds in such cases.
